Records of the case reflect that on 09.01.2024 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also after the prayer of the petitioner, the writ petition has been upgraded, none represents the petitioner.

Records reflect that petitioner initiated Haripal PS Case No. 351 of 2023 dated 20.08.2023. However, the accusations against the police authorities are that they are inactive in spite of complaining that the private respondents are pressurizing the petitioner to withdraw the case and with that end in view they have assaulted the petitioner with fists and blows thereby creating a terror.

Subsequently, petitioner lodged another complaint and a case being Haripal PS Case No. 418

of 2023 dated 28.09.2023 has been registered for investigation.

The complaint which was lodged by the petitioner is dated 19.09.2023. The case was registered on 28.09.2023. Police authorities have submitted charge sheet under section 341/195A/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having considered that the police authorities have found substance in the accusation of the petitioner, I direct that if the private respondents are still adamant in pursing their illegal activities, the State and/or the defacto complainant would apply before the jurisdictional court for either cancellation of bail or imposing stringent conditions on the bail already granted.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 23143 of 2023 is disposed of.
