By a detailed judgment dated 22nd December, 2023 in WPA 21445 of 2019 (Binoy Bhusan Mondal vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) and in line with such detailed judgment several other writ petitions included in the said bunch of matter were also disposed of.

This writ petition, however, is not on identical facts as considered in Binoy Bhusan Mondal (supra) and other writ petitions which were disposed of in line with the said judgment.

This writ petition is, therefor, released from the list of this Bench as this Bench does not have the determination to hear out matter under Group-VI. (Arindam Mukherjee, J.)
