Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioners allege that the private respondents are disturbing their possession in the property in question and have also assaulted them severely. A civil suit is pending between the parties.

The petitioners lodged complaint before the police authority with regard to the alleged assault and a specific case has been started. The accused has been released on bail.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, this Court is of the view that since civil suit between the parties is pending, the petitioners shall ventilate their grievance before the civil Court. The complaint filed by the petitioners has been taken care of.

The police authority is directed to keep strictly vigil so that no untoward incident takes place. The authority shall

also maintain peace and tranquility in and around the property.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
