Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that there is no progress of Harishchandrapur Police Station Case No.653 of 2022 dated 27.07.2022.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that charge-sheet has been submitted in connection with the said case on or about 26.09.2022.

In view of the charge-sheet being submitted before the jurisdictional court i.e. before learned ACJM, Chanchal. Petitioner is granted liberty to take appropriate steps, in case, he is aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation by invoking the appropriate provision of law.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Report which has been submitted by the State be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24004 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
