Supplementary affidavit enclosing medical reports regarding treatment and status of health of the petitioner is placed on record. Trial is in progress. Petitioner has not violated the conditions of bail. Under such circumstances, purely on humanitarian ground, we confirm the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 3rd November, 2022 on the same terms and conditions. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
