1. Heard learned advocates for the parties.

2. On perusal of the entire materials as placed before this court, we find that huge commercial quantity of contraband articles were seized from the bedroom of the present petitioner. In course of investigation, it is found that the property originally belongs to the deceased father of the present petitioner and subsequently he inherited the same.

3. In our considered view, the petitioner is not successful in overcoming the statutory restriction under Section 37 of the NDPS Act.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. CRM(A) 4374 of 2023 is dismissed.
