Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Having considered the materials on record and the fact that the offending weapon was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and in view of the fact that there is no change of circumstances since the earlier order dated 17th June, 2022 of rejecting the bail of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, C.R.M. (DB) 3743 of 2022 stands rejected. The Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date preferably within one year from the date of communication of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
