Counsel for the petitioner submits that all retiral benefits of his deceased wife have been released to him since after filing of the writ petition. The petitioner, therefore, does not wish to press this writ petition any further.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any further order. There will be no order as to costs.
