The revisional application has been filed for expeditious disposal of G.R. Case No. 620 of 2020 arising out of Bauria Police Station Case No. 37 of 2020 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Uluberia, Howrah. 3.

Learned counsel for the opposite party nos.2 to 4 has appeared on instruction and submits that he shall file the Vakalatnama. Let the Vakalatnama be filed.

Petitioner has appeared in person and submits that her petition s pending for the last five years and it has not seen any progress. 5.

This Court considers that no prejudice will be caused if an order for expeditious disposal is passed. Thus, taking into account the facts and circumstances, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Uluberia, Howrah is directed to conduct and proceed expeditiously of G.R. Case No. 620 of 2020 arising out of Bauria Police Station Case No. 37 of 2020 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned trial court shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment and shall endeavour to expedite the proceedings. 7.
