The present writ petition of the year 2011 has been preferred by the petitioner praying for direction upon the respondent authorities to cancel the selection process for the post of ASHA Prakalpa at Palitpur Sub-Centre, Burdwan-I, that has been conducted by holding re-interview of only previously empanelled candidates, in October,2011.

As seen from the office report of the learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) that the service upon the writ petitioner administrative notice has been duly served upon the writ petitioner but in spite of service there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

WPA 20152 of 2011 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
