Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was present at the place of occurrence where the victim was murdered. His bail prayer was rejected on merits in June, 2022. Trial has already commenced.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
