1. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor hands over a copy of a judgment dated August 06, 2025 passed by the Division Bench in MAT 859 of 2025, which was preferred against the parent order.

2. By the said judgment, the appeal was disposed of in terms of the observations made therein, thereby setting aside the parent order of this Court, from which the contempt arose in the first place.

3. In such view of the matter, the contempt application loses relevance.

4. Accordingly, CPAN 1562 of 2024 is dismissed.

5. The copy of the judgment of the Division Bench, handed over in Court today, be kept on record.

6. There will be no order as to costs.
