Mr. Sandip Ghosh Mr. Partha Sarkar Mr. Julfikar Mallick ..for the Petitioner Mr. Avishek Prasad ....for the State Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner and report submitted by the State are taken on record. The petitioner lodged a complaint before the police authority which was registered as Bagnan Police Station Case No. 167 of 2023 dated May 07, 2023. The petitioner seeks a direction upon the police authority to conclude investigation and submit final report. It appears from the report submitted by the State that upon completion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted in the said case, being charge sheet no. 213 of 2023 dated May 27, 2023.

Since the grievance of the petitioner in the present application has been redressed, nothing further remains to be dealt with herein. The application is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
