Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim. Petitioner who was a relation of the landlord had misbehaved with the victim and subjected her to rape.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
