It is found that inadvertent typographical error with regard to names of the schools have crept into the order dated 6th February, 2026 in paragraph no. 3 which are corrected as follows:

(i) Petitioner no. 1, namely, Gobinda Pathak joined in Khelia F. P. Primary School at Amdanga Circle, North 24 Parganas on 13th February, 2017.

(ii) Petitioner no. 2, namely, Goutam Roy jointed in Motilal Primary School under Koriali Circle, District Malda on 16th

February, 2017 presently posted at Bijoypur F. P. School under Amdanga Circle, North 24 Parganas since 10th October, 2020.

(iii) Petitioner no. 3, namely, Soumik Ghoshal jointed in Hizlia J.B. School at Habra II Cirlce, District North 24 Parganas on 13th February, 2017 presently posted at Saradapally Vidyapith under Khardah South Circle, North 24 Parganas since 9th July, 2024.

(iv) Petitioner no. 7, namely, Harasit Halder jointed in Bansjhari Mallickpur F.P.

School, under Basirhat New Circle, District North 24 Parganas on 13th February, 2017 presently posted at Byasati F. P. School under Gaighata East Circle, North 24 Parganas since 12th August, 2021.

(v) Petitioner no. 10, namely, Smita Routh joined in Hindusthani Para MFP School under Khardah Circle, District North 24 Parganas on 6th February, 2017.

(vi) The name of petitioner no. 4, namely "Subhas Chandra Das" shall be read as "Subhash Chandra Das".

(vii) The date of joining of petitioner no. 8, namely, Suraj Das will be "13th February, 2017" in place and stead of "20th April, 2017" in Santosh Kumar Ghosh Smriti F.P. School under Gaighata East Circle, District North 24 Parganas.

3. The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

4. The other portions of the aforesaid order shall remain unaltered.

5. This order shall form part of the order dated 6th February, 2026.
