In the penultimate paragraph of the last page of the order dated 22nd August, 2024, it has been recorded that "KMDA shall pay the family pension to the petitioner for the current month by 10th September, 2024. .............". Instead of petitioner, it should be the respondent no. 6 in the said sentence.

Let such correction be incorporated in the order dated 22nd August, 2024 by replacing the word petitioner by respondent no. 6 in the sentence referred

to hereinabove. The said order shall be read, meant and construed with the aforesaid such correction. (Arindam Mukherjee, J.)
