Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including the statements of eye witnesses. Petitioner was present at the spot at the time of murder. His bail prayer was rejected in July, 2022. There is no change in circumstances since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
