Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Warrant of arrest was issued against the petitioner on February 09, 2024. Warrant of proclamation was issued on March 08, 2024 and warrant of attachment was issued on April 08, 2024. The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas within October 01, 2024. If the petitioner surrenders before the learned Trial Court within October 01, 2024 and files an application for bail, the learned Trial Court shall deal with the same in accordance with law.

CRR No. 4107 of 2024 is disposed of.
