Petitioner is in custody for 84 days. He prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the suicide note of the victim implicating the petitioner i.e. the husband in her torture which compelled her to take own life. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
