And In Re : Subir Kumar Debnath ...... petitioner Mr. Sabyasachi Mukherjee Mr. Bibek Dey Ms. Debarati Chowdhury Mr. Mukesh Khanna ....for the petitioner Mr. Rudradipta Nandy Ms. Sonali Das ....for the State Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner was declared as a proclaimed offender. He also refers to an order of rejection of another co-accused. In view of the petitioner being declared as a proclaimed offender, the materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the incident and the gravity of the offence, we find no reason to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5019 of 2022 is dismissed.
