1. Status report filed by the State be kept with the records.

2. We find that witness action has concluded. Recording of evidence is complete. January 13, 2025, has been fixed as the date for examination of witnesses under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

3. Since the trial is on the verge of conclusion and prima facie there is incriminating material on record as against the petitioner, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage. Hence the prayer for bail is rejected.

4. The application being CRM (NDPS) 1557 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed.
