In view of the aforesaid development, Mr. Milan Mukherjee, learned senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner does not wish to press the application for bail at this stage. He however, prays that direction be given for consideration of charge and quick disposal of the case.

Under such circumstances, we dispose of the application as not pressed. We direct the trial court to consider the issue of framing of charge at the earliest positively within one month from the next date fixed before the said court and in the event charge is framed, to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion without unnecessary delay.
