Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Ratna Ghosh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Having considered the order dated 30th August, 2023 which was in consonance with the directions passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in CRM 3205 of 2021, I am of the view that there is no scope for consideration of legality or illegality of the order by invoking the powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner would, if required, approach the Division Bench for clarification.

Consequently, CRR 3732 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
