State of West Bengal Mr. Aritra Bhattacharya .....for the Petitioner Ms. Faria Hossain, Ms. Baisali Basu, .....for the State Ms. Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State submits report prepared by Officer-in-Charge Mayureswar Police Station, Birbhum which reflects that the present petitioner Md. Nur Alam Sk. faced trial before the Juvenile Justice Board, Suri, Birbhum vide reference No.TRJ Bir 74/12 and after completion of trial the principal Magistrate of Juvenile Justice Board, Birbhum, Suri acquitted him of the charges on 06.04.2021. The report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Having regard to the contents of the report submitted by the State and subject matter of challenge in the revisional application, I am of the opinion that the revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 3599 of 2007 is dismissed as infructuous.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
