Considering that the trial of the case has been concluded and disposed of on 16.05.2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Sadar, Hooghly, I am of the view that at this stage the application has become infructuous.

However, the police authorities would in future take efforts for adhering to the orders passed by the Superior Courts. In the alternative the Superior Officers would take steps against them. Accordingly, C.R.L.C.P. No. 29 of 2023 is disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
