1. This is an application for modification of the order of bail dated December 4, 2024.
2. It is submitted that the present applicant/petitioner is unable to furnish any local surety, as directed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated December 4, 2024.
3. In view of the above and considering the predicament of the applicant/petitioner, we modify the condition of bail by allowing the applicant/ petitioner to furnish two registered sureties instead of local sureties.

4. Since the applicant/petitioner is a resident of Kashmir, he will not leave the district of South 24-Parganas without the leave of the learned Trial Court, until further orders.
5. The other portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
6. The application being IA No: CRAN/1/2024 is accordingly disposed of.
7. All concerned parties including the learned Trial Court shall act in terms of the server copy of this order, duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
