The present appeal has been preferred challenging an order dated 3rd September, 2025 passed in a writ petition being WPA 16753 of 2025.

In course of hearing, we have been informed that in compliance of the order impugned in the present appeal, the respondent no.5 has already taken necessary steps and has directed the head of the institutions of three schools to inform him in writing whether the local arrangement of the teacher would be possible in Moula Netaji Vidyalaya (HS), Howrah with the help of the subject teacher of the concerned school and to mention the name of the teacher concerned as well. Let the memo dated 17.12.2025 issued by the respondent no.5, as produced, be kept on record.

It appears that the order impugned in the present appeal has already been partly acted upon and compliance of the remaining part of the order is in progress. In view thereof, we are not inclined to interfere with the order impugned in the present appeal.

The appeal and the connected application are, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
