The petitioner seeks a direction upon the police authority to take necessary steps in accordance with law pursuant to her complaint filed before the authority and to keep a strict vigil in the area to maintain peace. It appears from the report and has been submitted by the State that proceeding under Section 126/135 of the BNSS has been drawn up and the police is monitoring the situation in order to ensure that no breach of peace takes place in the area.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same be accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
