1. In view of our earlier order the alleged contemnor nos. 1 to 9 are personally present in court. The alleged contemnor nos. 1 to 5 have filed affidavit in answer to the Rule and the same are kept with the record.

2. All the alleged contemnors undertake to file affidavit disclosing the progress made for demolition of unauthorized structures, as directed, since October 2023 till 11th April, 2025.

3. Mr. Jayanta Mitra, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor nos. 1 to 6, has submitted that substantial progress has been done towards demolition of unauthorized structures and the steps taken shall be disclosed in the affidavit to be filed by the alleged contemnors on the adjourned date.

4. Let this matter appear in 2nd May, 2025.

5. It is expected that by the time this matter is taken up for hearing a compliance affidavit is filed by the alleged contemnors separately.

6. Further appearance of the alleged contemnor nos. 1 to 9 are dispensed with for the time being.
