Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the representation made to the Inspector-inCharge, Hasnabad Police Station, no steps have been taken.

I have considered the representation which reflects that there was a previous animosity between the petitioners and the private respondents, as a result of which it has been alleged by the petitioners that the private respondents trespassed in the house of the petitioners, abused them in derogatory language and thereafter as and when they felt they used to threaten the petitioners.

I have considered the agony and anxiety of the petitioners and I find that since such an information was furnished with the police authorities

on or about 15th August, 2024 and substantial time has passed in the meantime, petitioners would be at liberty to file a fresh representation in case they are faced with inconveniences at the behest of the private respondents. On receipt of such representation, the Inspector-in-Charge, Hasnabad Police Station will exercise his discretion and consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24050 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
