Case No. 401 of 2018 expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that initially the Matrimonial Suit No. 627 of 2017 and the miscellaneous case was pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 9th Court at Alipore but the same has now been transferred to the court of the learned Additional District Judge, 14th Court at Alipore. The opposite party is represented by the learned advocate.

Let a copy of the civil revisional application be served upon the learned advocate for the opposite party forthwith.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 3436 of 2024 stands disposed of without entering into the merits of the claims and counter claims of the respective parties in the said miscellaneous case but only directing the learned Additional District Judge, 14th Court at Alipore to make an endeavour to dispose of the Miscellaneous Case No. 401 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
