By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the appellate authority dated 31st May, 2023 under the relevant provisions of the WBGST Act and on perusal of the same I find that the same is speaking order and has not been passed in violation of principle of natural justice or in contravention of any provisions of law.

Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 23172 of 2023 is dismissed.
