Petitioner was granted bail on 09.12.2024 wherein the Division Bench was pleased to impose number of conditions. Petitioner has applied for modification of the said conditions. Considering the period which has lapsed in the meantime and that there is no adverse report against the petitioner, I direct that the earlier condition of meeting the Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge of Malda Police Station once in a week be relaxed to the extent of meeting the Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge of the said Police Station once in a month.

So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same would continue till further orders of this Court. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
