By a communication dated December 26, 2006 the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Cooch Behar, wrote to Ila Devi Girls' High School, Cooch Behar, asking for papers and documents in connection with the petitioner's claim.

In that view of the matter, Ila Devi Girls'

High School, Cooch Behar, shall submit all papers to the office of the concerned District Inspector of Schools, within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Cooch Behar, shall thereafter take a suitable

decision in the matter as expeditiously as possible.

A copy of the writ petition shall also be served on the concerned school and the D.I., along with the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
