Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He submits he is not the principal accused.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is an abettor to the crime. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
