We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of the witnesses show the petitioner had assaulted the victims, one of whom succumbed to injuries. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
