We have considered the materials on record and the statement of the witnesses and in view of the fact that there is no change in circumstances since the earlier rejection of bail dated 08th August, 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, CRM (DB) 3787 of 2022 stands rejected. The learned trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date preferably within a period of 1 (one) year from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
