The grievance of the petitioner is that he submitted a complaint with Bongaon Police Station which was not acted upon.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that Bongaon Police Station Case No.750/2024 dated 11.08.2024 has been registered for investigation. Subsequently, steps have been taken so that the peace and tranquility is maintained in the locality at the behest of the police authorities.

Accordingly, the purpose for which the writ petition has been preferred has been sub-served by taking steps by the police authorities. If the petitioner is dissatisfied with any part of the investigation, he is supposed to take steps before the jurisdictional

criminal court in seisin of Bongaon Police Station Case No.750/2024.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Report submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24079 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
