Report is filed on behalf of the State. From the report it appears that adjournments were sought for on behalf of the petitioner and delay is attributable to his conduct. In view of the aforesaid circumstance and materials on record implicating the petitioner in the murder, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
