Having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge and on careful perusal of the materials on record, we find that the petitioner previously prayed for bail before this Court by filing a similar application being CRM (NDPS) 655 of 2022 and the said application was rejected vide order dated 17th June, 2022 holding, inter alia, that approximately 39.5 kgs. of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned Advocate for the petitioner has failed to bring forth any changed circumstance before us. Therefore, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Since the case is at the stage of trial, the learned Special Judge is requested to dispose of the case expeditiously. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.) (Biswaroop Chowdhury, J.)
