And In Re : Sanju Singh ..... petitioner Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee Mr. Debapriya Majumder ... for the petitioner Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan ... for the State Heard the learned Counsels appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor victim implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
