The petitioner is aggrieved that despite an order of District Magistrate dated 3rd June, 2022 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, Regent Part police Station has not rendered assistance in obtaining the secured assets. The petitioner has also deposited costs for deployment of police on 29th October, 2022.

In those circumstances, the O. C., Regent Park Police Station shall, within a period of one week from the date of communication of a copy of this order, take possession of the secured assets and hand it over to the petitioner through the Executive Magistrate, Alipore/respondent no. 4 in terms of the order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
