1. This is an application for expeditious disposal of Title Execution Case No.5 of 2016 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Burdwan.

2. Record reveals that Misc. Case No.138 of 2017 arising out of the said title execution case is also pending. In view thereof, CO 3439 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Burdwan to dispose of the Misc. Case No.138 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the miscellaneous case filed in connection with the title execution case, the learned Executing Court shall dispose of the Title Execution Case No.5 of expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
