Report reflects that 30th January, 2024 date has been fixed by the learned CJM, Suri, Birbhum for execution return of the order of proclamation and attachment.

Having considered that the petitioners intend to surrender before the learned CJM, Suri, Birbhum, I direct that the learned CJM, Suri, Birbhum will keep the execution of proclamation and attachment in abeyance up to 16th February, 2024. In the meantime, if the petitioners surrender within the aforesaid period, and if they are already on bail, they may be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond. However, further conditions may be imposed by the learned CJM, Suri, Birbhum for ensuring the regular appearance before the court on the date so fixed. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3742 of 2023 is disposed of.
