The instant revisional application has been preferred challenging the impugned order dated 29.07.2006 passed by the learned trial Court. There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present application. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being C.O. 4204 of 2006 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
