Having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge and considering the fact that huge quantity of heroin was recovered from the joint possession as well as from the exclusive possession of the present petitioner and leading to his statement, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Prayer for bail is accordingly rejected.
