1. In view of the fact that the issues involved are squarely covered by the judgments in (i) MAT 1320 of 2023 (Sutapa Ghosh vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.), decided on 6th September, 2023; (ii) MAT 754 of 2022 (Pijush Kanti Das vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.), decided on 25th July, 2023 and (iii) MAT 205 of 2023 (Prapti Chakraborty vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.), decided on 10th August, 2023, we direct the appellant to file offline application for transfer and in the event such an application is filed, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas, shall consider the said application within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such application and forward the comments and views to the Central School Service Commission for taking a final decision based on the available records.

2. In the event, the Central School Service Commission recommends transfer of the writ petitioner, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall issue the transfer order without any delay.

3. The entire process shall be completed within a period of 12

weeks from the date of submission of the application for transfer before the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas.

4. With the above direction, the appeal and the connected application are disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
