Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (In-Charge) on careful perusal of the case diary, we do not find any incriminating material against the petitioner and, accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.

The petitioner may grant bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000.00 with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur with further condition that on bail he shall attend the trial court on each and every day of hearing and shall not tamper the evidence or threaten the witnesses and also produce his present residential address with phone number in

the trial court so that he may be tracked by the trial court or the investigating officer of this case.

With the above order, the instant application for bail is allowed.
