Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that some of the petitioners are not resident of the place of occurrence. He highlights the relationship between the deceased and the petitioners.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary including the postmortem report of the victim.

The postmortem report of the victim does not rule out homicidal death. There are injuries showing evidence of vital reaction of ante mortem in nature as recorded in the postmortem report.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5032 of 2022 is dismissed.
