Mr. Banerjee appears and submits that in spite of his best efforts he could not contact the petitioners. He submits that he wants to retire from this matter. Such submission of Mr. Banerjee is placed on record.

It appears that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with this writ petition and accordingly the same stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
